One-on-one care with a Doctor of Physical Therapy in a spa-like setting.

Treatment that addresses common but often overlooked issues across all stages of matrescence (the process of becoming a mother).
My approach
We work together to identify your goals and create a practical plan to help you move, sleep, care for your baby, and return to activities with less pain and more confidence.
Education, hands-on therapy, breathing and movement strategies, and a gradual return-to-activity plan tailored to you.
You’re more than your baby’s first home. Your wellbeing matters. I see you and I’m listening. If you’re ready to get support, I’m here to help you feel like yourself.
Dr. Alexandra Quick, PT, DPT
I’m Allie, the founder and lead therapist at Mae Physiotherapy. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialized focus on perinatal pelvic health, my mission is to help women navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond with compassion and expertise.
As a mom of two active boys, I understand the importance of feeling strong, balanced, and confident in your body—especially during the transformative stages of motherhood. I blend my clinical background in orthopedics, pelvic health, and manual therapy to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to care. I’m also certified in dry needling, a technique that helps address muscular pain and improve mobility, giving you the tools to heal and feel your best.
When I’m not helping my patients thrive, you’ll likely find me with my family, enjoying the beach, reading, or spending quality time with friends. I truly believe in the power of both physical health and community support, and I’m here to walk with you through every step of your pelvic health journey.
Thank you for trusting me with your care. I look forward to helping you achieve a healthier, more balanced life.
