Dr. Alexandra Quick, PT, DPT
Iβm Allie, the founder and lead therapist at Mae Physiotherapy. As a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a specialized focus on perinatal pelvic health, my mission is to help women navigate the physical challenges of pregnancy, postpartum recovery, and beyond with compassion and expertise.
As a mom of two active boys, I understand the importance of feeling strong, balanced, and confident in your bodyβespecially during the transformative stages of motherhood. I blend my clinical background in orthopedics, pelvic health, and manual therapy to provide a comprehensive, individualized approach to care. Iβm also certified in dry needling, a technique that helps address muscular pain and improve mobility, giving you the tools to heal and feel your best.
When Iβm not helping my patients thrive, youβll likely find me with my family, enjoying the beach, reading, or spending quality time with friends. I truly believe in the power of both physical health and community support, and Iβm here to walk with you through every step of your pelvic health journey.
Thank you for trusting me with your care. I look forward to helping you achieve a healthier, more balanced life.
