Upcoming and Ongoing…

Every Tuesday 12:00-1:00

This group is for moms in the tender season of early motherhood—whether you're a few weeks postpartum or over a year into the journey and still adjusting. First-time moms and those growing their families are all welcome.

If you’re feeling lonely, anxious, emotionally drained, or navigating the identity shifts and relationship changes that often come with motherhood, you’re not alone. This space is here for you—come as you are.

We warmly welcome babies to attend with their moms. While we aim to provide a grounding environment, there’s no need to worry—your baby is welcome just as they are.
